INFO diffs on early 70-73 AMC V8 to the newer ones

Looking at a 1970 AMC V8 360
What are the differences in the older model AMC V8s
Compression
Flywheel

Any big gothas between this year 1970-1973 and a 1981 AMC 360.
Regarding replacing current motor?

Can someone chime in on information regarding this it would be appreciated.

There shouldn't be any big issues between the swap. But you'll need the same flexplate and same make of transmission (i.e. GM or Chrysler) or you'll need to rebalance the engine.
