Just aquired a 73 javelin

Hello folks, I just received a 73 (so called) black Javelin with the Pierre cardin interior. After going over the car, boy have I got a piece of work!!! Too many bad or wrong things to mention for now. THE ONLY REASON I got the car is to get one to restore, but didn't expect such a mess!!! IF anyone has parts for a 73 javelin I got a growing shopping list

Let me be the first to welcome to the community. As nice to meet someone with the same car. Quick question. Have you checked the door codes to make sure the color is correct? Only reason I ask is while my car is black, the door code is a pewter metalic.

3Well, to be honest I knew before I bought it that the original color was purple. To me that's a nasty color for a car. But might so.e day do a total,repaint. Kinda ok black but use a better paint job,period. Hope some else reads this, I need a working clock for the dash or total instrument cluster. And a circle badge for the trunk.
