can anyone tell me if the block to bellhousing pattern is the same on a 304 and a 360?i found a 83 360 2-barrel, will it fit my 304 t15 trans? does anyone know horsepower rating on the 83 360 2 bbl?oh yeah the 304 is a 74.thanks

The bolt pattern for a 304 and the 360 are the same. The t15 should bolt right in without any problems. The horsepower ratings on the 360 is dramatically down from its heyday of the early 70's. I believe that it was around 160-185 HP at the rear wheels.
