Looking at putting a 390 into a 1965 440 Coupe will the V8 motor mounts from a 66-69 American fit??My son is looking to build a drag car with 4-500 hp out of the 390 and wants to add a roll bar, 9" Ford rear end, front disc brakes and a 4 or 6 speed tranny.

Are other suspension and brake parts interchangable as well?

I have a 1966 Rogue 290 4 speed car but I don't want to let my son hot rod it, I'd prefer to restore it to original or sell it to someone who will.
